MO Supreme Court Judgment Final!

Handing down a ruling which denied the plaintiffs' motion for a rehearing, the Missouri Supreme Court also modified the wording of their original Opinion* to clarify the funding issue; changes which were favorable to our side!  But the biggest news?  IT'S FINAL!  Even the St. Louis County Prosecutor, Counselor Reddington, and Chief Battelle can plainly see that the LTC Law is in effect -- that Missouri LTC permits, car carry, and out-of-state permits are legal right now.
